About me

As a fine jewellery visual media specialist, my skills centre around photography, retouching, CAD design, and photorealistic 3D rendering and animation. However, my education in jewellery is much more expansive.

Having spent many years in a much broader role working for one of the most renowned fine antique jewellers, based in Hatton Garden London, under the direct tutelage of the much highly respected Derek Edmonds, I have acquired the training (and more importantly the experience) required to: accurately grade and value diamonds; to distinguish between lab grown and natural diamonds; to recognise and determine the origin and treatment of gemstones; to determine based on design and craftsmanship the age and value of antique jewellery; and a plethora of other jewellery related knowledge and skills, including basic goldsmith training.
